We proudly stock each room with these all natural amenities. Founded by Carrie Armstrong, a Cree woman born and raised in Alberta, Mother Earth Essentials showcases Indigenous traditional uses wild plants. Carrie collaborates with her elders and knowledge keepers to preserve Indigenous plant wisdom, proudly upholding and celebrating her cultural heritage.

Sherrie Houghton
Sherrie brings with her 20+ years of experience, practicing in Luxury Spas, Naturopathic Clinics, Health & Wellness Centres, Retreats, and Eco Lodges all over the world.
Passionate, knowledgeable, and highly talented, Sherrie combines methods from relaxation, therapeutic, deep tissue, hot stones, sports
and Thai massage techniques, to bring her clients a customized and effective treatment.
Graduating from University in Australia, Sherrie received a Degree in Naturopathic Medicine and Massage Therapy, and is excited to share her experience and passion for massage, spa, and natural health.
Alongside being a very talented Spa Therapist, Sherrie also created Emerald Earth Natural Skincare products which are featured in all of our treatments here at Firvale.
