By mid August the Bella Coola Valley begins to transform, the leaves begin to change and the salmon start to spawn. Soon the bears begin to litter the river. Our Grizzly package offers guests a safe guided experience to view the bears and so much more!

On this adventure we focus more energy on viewing bears but we still have time for sailing, hiking and heli!

Trip Highlights
- Two wildlife floats down the Atnarko River to in Tweedsmuir Park to view the grizzly bears and spawning salmon
- Helicopter tour to explore the alpine mountains and their remote glaciers, waterfalls, epic peaks and blue lakes - always a crowd favourite!
- Boating trip to the estuaries, fjords, and waterfalls the Great Bear Rainforest is famous for. A chance to view whales, dolphins, and bears along the way with an optional stop to soak in remote hot springs.
- Exploring around the camp, relaxing in the sauna, strolling the trails, and unwinding in the lodge.
- Accommodation in our a-frame cabins or luxury domes, featuring high-end amenities
- Meals and snacks are included, highlighting local farm to table ingredients

- Please note our hot springs and bear/whale watching trips our are lead by Bella Coola Grizzly Adventures and has heated indoor or outdoor seating
- Our river floats are lead by Kynoch Adventures in inflatable rafts
- Scenic flights are with West Coast Helicopters
A quick note
While guests will get a good chance to view and photograph grizzly bears, we do not cater to professional photographers looking to spend long periods in bear blinds etc… Our grizzly package provide a safe and guided experience viewing grizzlies from a safe distance for guests and and the bears.
